Dianne Tomlinson-Smith joined JN Fund Managers in 2020 as a Consultant to the Finance team.  She was appointed Chief Financial Officer in October 2021 and leads the brokerage, mutual funds’ and pension funds’ accounting units.

As  team lead for the Finance department, Dianne has oversight for the financial operations of the company, including the development and implementation of financial strategies and monitoring of the internal control systems. She is also responsible for the timely and accurate reporting of the financial status of the company to all stakeholders.

Dianne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from The University of the West Indies, Mona. She is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of the United Kingdom (FCCA) and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Jamaica (FCA). Dianne also holds the Certified Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis credential (FPAC).

She is a past Board member of the Student’s Loan Bureau and served as their Audit Committee Chair for four years.
